Finance Manager

Role Summary

The Finance Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the financial health of the organization. This position involves managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. By analyzing financial data and providing strategic insights, the Finance Manager supports decision-making processes and helps optimize resource allocation. Ensuring we achieve the organization's financial objectives and ensuring long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present financial reports, sales forecasts from our Amazon Seller Central, and analysis to senior management.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
• Analyze expenses and implement cost control measures to improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication in English and leadership skills.
• Independent and work from home qualities
• Professional certifications such as CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are advantageous.
