Operations Manager

Role Summary

Y Ventures Group is currently looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Operations Manager. This position is only for candidate based in Jakarta. Please submit your CV in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating schedules, timelines, and plans for various operational activities, such as order schedules or delivery schedules
• Collaborating with different departments or teams to ensure coordination and alignment of operational activities across the organization.
• Identifying inefficiencies or areas for improvement in operational processes and implementing solutions to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
• Monitoring inventory levels, tracking inventory movements, and ensuring adequate stock levels to meet operational needs.
• Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reports related to operational activities, such as production reports, inventory records, and performance metrics.
• Resolving operational issues or challenges that arise in a timely and effective manner, troubleshooting problems, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Serving as a point of contact for operational matters, communicating with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and Amazon related topics

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with managing Logistics and global logistics.
• Proficiency in International English at an advanced level
• Excel Proficiency at Advanced level
• Experience in inventory posting and reconciliation
• Experience Logistic & warehouse coordination
• Excellent Problem Solving Skills and Highly analytical and strategic thinker
• Good with numbers and proficient at data vizualization
• Great communication skills and can work independently
• Work From Home qualities (Jakarta based)
